Good Morning all,
I have been away from this blog for a long time but I am back now and I hope to chronicle my journey for your spiritual inspiration and information. Now with that mea cope out of the way, let’s continue our journey.
I am leading one of the greatest churches in the world and I say that not because of our size or money but, simply because we are doing so much with so little. One thing we began last year that has greatly enhanced our ministry effectiveness is our monthly Leadership meeting. Leaders of all our ministries gather monthly at my home for planning, training, and fellowship. It is really great to hear the progress reports from our various ministries and if someone is having a challenge the other leaders are there to offer suggestions; that really helps and supports the other leaders.
Everyone gets on the same page in terms of planning so that we don’t have so many conflicting events on our schedule. I as well as the others look forward to the fellowship as we grow together as a ministry team. It is definitely something that will continue on into this year and throughout the growth of our church.
